February — and Valentine’s week — invites us into Mid Back Love 💕
In our yoga classes this week, we’ll focus on the space behind the heart: the mid-back muscles that support posture, breath, and ease of movement. When this area is strong and mobile, we stand a little taller, breathe a little deeper, and feel more supported from the inside out. It’s a beautiful way to care for heart health through mindful movement.

I’m so happy to celebrate Rita T. as our Client of the Month. Rita shows up with consistency, curiosity, and such a positive presence. Her commitment to her practice and willingness to keep learning truly inspire me — thank you for being such a meaningful part of this community, Rita.

Why Muscle Matters
As we move through life, building and maintaining muscle becomes one of the most loving things we can do for ourselves. Strong muscles support heart health, protect our joints and bones, improve balance, and help us stay confident and independent. Strength training isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about supporting longevity, resilience, and the ability to keep doing what we love.

Fuel & Hydrate
I also want to gently remind you that how we fuel and hydrate our bodies matters just as much as how we move them. Eating before workouts helps with energy and focus, and staying hydrated supports circulation, muscle function, and recovery. After class, nourishing your body helps muscles rebuild and keeps you feeling supported rather than depleted.

Schedule Note
I’ll be taking February 14–16 off for Family Day weekend to spend time with my loved ones and allow my body to rest and recover. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.

This Valentine’s week, let’s widen the definition of love — beyond cards and chocolates — and include caring for the body that carries us through every season of life. Let your movement be an act of love — for your heart, your body, and your future self.
