❄️Return to Center & Gather❄️
Denise Bell | JAN 25
Hi %FIRSTNAME%,
Hello fabulous community,
As we move through the deep heart of winter here in beautiful (and very cold!) Sault Ste. Marie, this week invites us to slow down, draw inward, and reconnect — not just with ourselves, but with one another. ❄️💛
RETURN TO CENTER & GATHER
Theme: Wholeness, and calm strength
Class Intention
This final week is about gathering everything you’ve explored — sensation, grounding, listening — and returning to center with clarity and confidence. It’s a practice of remembering that nothing is missing.
Quote:
“Wholeness is not something you achieve — it’s something you remember.”
Mantra:
I gather my energy and return to center, complete.
Our Wise Weights, Strength with Bands, and Sit to Strengthen classes continue to build strength and confidence — with some playful surprises added in this week.
Hint hint: Macarena.
Another hint: Thunderstruck finishers. ⚡🕺
Because strength training can be effective and joyful — and sometimes the joy is what helps us feel most powerful.
The response to our Client of the Month nominations has been heart warming. The appreciation you have for one another, the stories you’ve shared, and the encouragement you offer so freely speaks volumes about this community.
You don’t just show up for yourselves — you show up for each other. And that matters.
It’s been extra cold in the Soo this past week — the kind of cold that makes staying home feel like the wisest choice. If the weather keeps you cozy indoors, please remember you can still practice with me through my online offerings , either live or via recordings on my website or YouTube. Shanti my dog joins us sometimes too!
I’ve also added three new guided meditations for you to enjoy:

Perfect for quiet mornings, winding down in the evening, or anytime you need to come back to center.
Thank you for continuing to show up — whether in person or online — during these cold winter weeks. Each class, each shared breath, and each moment of movement adds warmth and connection.
With gratitude and a very cozy heart,
Denise
