Thank you for such an amazing start to the year. Your energy, smiles, and commitment last week made stepping into Week 2 feel deeply grounding — I’m so grateful for this community.

Class Intention
Ground into the support beneath you, the breath within you,
and the strength you can rely on.

Hands on hips or heart
Root firmly through the standing foot
Fix your gaze on one steady point
Balance = awareness, not perfection
Stability grows when we feel supported.

All classes reflect this week’s grounding theme and include mindful balance work (Tree + Eagle).
Wise Weights, Strength with Bands, and Sit to Strengthen kicked off beautifully.
Some arrived nervous — and left smiling. By the positive feedback, week one was a hit.
A reminder: mild soreness is okay. It’s often a sign your muscles are getting stronger — just like you are. I’m incredibly proud of all our newbies, especially one Sit to Strengthen participant who introduced herself as 87 years young. Proof that it’s never too late to begin.
