As we continue our February theme of bringing “back” the love, next week’s yoga classes move into an upper back focus.
So many of us carry tension between the shoulder blades — from driving, devices, lifting, life. This week is about creating strength and space across the upper back so we can stand a little taller and breathe a little deeper. Support behind the heart, strength behind the posture — love where we often forget to look.
In fitness classes, we’re turning up the volume 🎸

I had the sweetest lunch this week with my friend and colleague Sylvie from Elev8 Yoga Studio. We caught up on all things nervous system support — and she shared her upcoming Yoga Nidra and sound bath events (truly magical). She also created a brand new roller ball scent that I got to try Stress Ease — and it’s amazing. I’ll be using her new blend for our forehead massages next week instead of my usual sweet grass. I can’t wait for you to experience it. 🌿
