Happy first week of December! ❄️ I hope you’re easing into the month with a little more softness, a little more strength, and a bit of time carved out just for you.
As we head into this busy season, I’m holding onto a quote that feels especially true for many of us:
“Fitness isn’t about chasing youth — it’s about building the strength to enjoy the life you’ve earned.”
I love this reminder that every class, every stretch, every breath is an investment in the version of you who wants to feel capable and energized through all the moments that matter.
And on the yoga side, December has its own quiet wisdom.
“December yoga is the art of warming yourself from the inside out.”
Whether that warmth comes from movement, breath, or simply showing up, it all counts.
