Sunny Side BOOTCAMP

Beginning January 2026, I’ll be offering a Small-Group Strength Bootcamp (maximum of 4 women per class) right here at 4 All Yoga & Fitness Home Gym on Sunnyside
This is not your typical “a million tiny reps with light weights” kind of workout.


This class is specifically designed for women over 45, using:
Heavier strength training H.I.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training)S.I.T (Sprint Interval Training) protocols Functional, real-life movement training


These methods are 4 women in midlife benefitting most from lifting heavier weights, building muscle, improving power, and stimulating the nervous system—not from endless cardio or light repetitions.


Training this way supports better hormone balance, metabolic health, bone density, strength, and overall vitality.


Each session is 30 minutes, efficient, energizing, and designed to make you feel strong and capable. And since the class is so small, you’ll receive personalized coaching in a supportive, fun environment.
