Welcome to your Video Library for the 5 Pack of Private sessions:

Try to complete 1-2 times of each session each week after we have comleted the in person session . If we have more than a week between sessions aim for 2-3 times per week consecutive days then 2-3 days Yoga, Runs, Walks and bike rides . Followed by 2 days of rest and family time.

  • So basically 3 hard days, 2-3 days recovery modalities 1-2 days rest.
