Sit & Strengthen is a supportive, chair-based class designed for adults 50+ who prefer or benefit from seated exercise. Using light weights, you’ll build strength, improve circulation, and enhance mobility through safe, accessible movements. This class focuses on posture, core stability, and functional strength to help you feel more confident and capable in daily life.

Today’s class is created especially for participants from Denise’s sessions at the Northern Community Centre who want to continue practicing the exercises learned in March 2026. Remember to include a gentle warm-up before you begin and a stretch or cool-down at the end.
