Strength with Bands is a gentle yet effective class designed for adults 50+ looking to build strength and support joint health. Using resistance bands, you’ll work through controlled, functional movements that improve muscle tone, stability, and mobility. Expect a mindful pace with a focus on proper form, helping you feel stronger and more supported in everyday activities.
Today’s class is created especially for participants from Denise’s sessions at the Northern Community Centre who want to continue practicing the exercises learned in March 2026. Remember to include a gentle warm-up before you begin and a stretch or cool-down at the end.
