Personal Training with Denise
4 Women over 40, LHS, H.I.I.T, Plyo, Mobilty & Balance
Each weekly session includes:
One in-person 60 min session with Denise.
A video and PDF of that week's workout, which clients are expected to complete twice more independently.
Access to 4 All Yoga & Wellness on-demand videos from All Yoga & Wellness.
Nutritional recipes and resources will be integrated throughout our time together.
(Note: If you prefer to complete the additional two workouts in person with Denise, an extra charge will apply.)
