Join us for an all levels laid back, flowing & fun yoga class. A practice with variations & challenges added in along the way. This class is a great place to start your Yoga journey as well as to add something to the experienced client. Post class you may experience feelings of strength, length and all over feeling of love, kindness and compassion towards your body and others. Smiles, laughter & hugs encouraged. The confirmation emails always have a zoom link in case you are unable to attend.
